The challenge
Minister Tower aimed for a top-tier downtown office address and called for a mirror-smooth envelope with high thermal performance in an extreme climate.

Our solution
We built the envelope on the high-insulation Reynaers CW 50 HI curtain wall, using the CS 77 high-insulation window and door system at entrances and openings. The two systems share one profile family, so the façade reads as a single, clean surface.

The plan
We matched the profile layout to the building structure and staged the glass and profile deliveries. We modelled how the façade would read under evening light and selected the reflective glazing accordingly.

Implementation
The tower was fully glazed in the CW 50 HI curtain wall and handed over together with its CS 77 entrance systems. The result is one of the sharpest, most recognisable towers downtown.
