The challenge
Built on a busy downtown junction, the retail centre needed a façade that reads from a distance, with a distinctive character and high daylighting. The large glazed wall had to handle both heat and solar exposure.

Our solution
We paired the Reynaers CW 50 curtain wall with golden reflective glazing, giving the building a warm, recognisable presence. At the retail base we used wide openings and clear glass to create a lively connection with the street.

The plan
We sequenced the large façade into staged installation zones and modelled the glass colour and reflectivity. Loads on the base and upper sections were calculated, and the install was organised to minimise disruption to street traffic.

Implementation
The tower and the retail base were fully glazed and handed over as one of downtown's most recognisable buildings.
