The challenge
Regis Place is a mixed-use block combining office and retail, with a stepped massing. It needed an envelope that could tie together volumes of different heights into one consistent, clean surface.

Our solution
We paired the Reynaers CW 50 curtain-wall system with high-reflectance solar-control glass. The blue mirrored surface reflects the sky and clouds through the day, making the building read light and crisp.

The plan
We aligned the module of each stepped volume to a single grid and pre-resolved the corners and transition nodes. The plan smoothed the transition between the retail ground floor and the office levels above.

Implementation
We installed 9,600 m² of curtain wall, wrapping the irregular massing in one consistent blue envelope. The building has become a recognisable landmark in its district.
