The challenge
UB Tower is an office tower built in a busy part of Bayanzurkh District. With a constrained site and live traffic around it, the job needed a clean, flat, durable glass envelope installed reliably amid active streets.

Our solution
We paired the Reynaers CW 50 curtain-wall system with aluminium composite panels and clad the façade in a consistent grid. The proven, warrantied profile delivers years of service with minimal maintenance.

The plan
We planned the logistics for the tight site, scheduling deliveries and lifts for the hours that least disrupted traffic. The build was organised floor-by-floor, with each level signed off in sequence.

Implementation
We completed the glazed façade and composite cladding on schedule, handing over a clean-lined, dependable office tower. The building still performs reliably with little maintenance to this day.
