The challenge
Guren is a retail and office block built in a dense Bayanzurkh neighbourhood. The envelope had to be installed safely and on schedule on a constrained site surrounded by existing buildings.

Our solution
The upper floors were fully glazed in the high-insulation Reynaers CW 50 HI curtain wall. The proven profile and consistent grid give the building a clean, contemporary face.

The plan
We planned deliveries and lifts in detail for the tight site and organised the installation floor-by-floor, signing off each level in sequence.

Implementation
The glazed façade was installed on schedule, delivering a clean-lined, recognisable building within its dense quarter.
